Tour: Moscow & St Petersburg Tour

Our trip to Russia as a whole was a wonderful experience! It was the way we envisioned it with the winter season. The tour guides, Irina (Moscow) and Angelina (St. Petersburg) added to the excitement of the whole experience with their historical and interesting stories not only about Russia but also their personal stories of their lives. We felt we added both of them to our circle of friends outside our country. We recommend them highly as tour guides to future trips that our family and friends will make. They were very professional.
The only bump was the written welcome note upon arrival at the Moscow airport. We were expecting to see our names as written on the instruction form from our local travel agency who facilitated this trip for us. Instead what was written was the name of the Tour Agency in Russia. We were so tired from the long flight from the Philippines and we’re looking forward to rest and shower in the hotel. A delay of 2 hours was a big inconvenience. We were impressed though that this bump was not taken for granted for when we arrived in St. Petersburg. Angelina had our names and we spotted her right away. It was an unforgettable way to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary!

– Coordination on payment and booking at ease, very easy and convenient
– Quick in response for any query
– Very accommodating in adding in an additional person for the tour
– Actual tour was relaxing and educating at the same time. Tour guide was so accommodating in answering questions and sharing his knowledge (despite not feeling well)
– The driver did not want to close the window when we were driving to the village, despite requested by my colleague. Tour guide apologized and mentioned he has reported this to his agency. but that’s just a very minor thing.
– Over-all, I am happy and would definitely consider doing more tours in the future ?

Thank you for the excellent service from Orientwind. Sergio, Bong and Babu, and Ronald (in Apo Island) were very nice, solicitous, knowledgeable and capable. We really appreciate it that even small amenities like plastic bags for wet clothing, fresh water for rinsing sandy feet and slippers, plastic sheets to cover car seats, umbrellas, and cold drinking water and yummy food were made available for us. These are indicators of your careful attention to details and thoughtful service.
Please give my thanks also to your Mom for the Lab-as cloth bag, which I used to carry all the pasalubongs I bought at the airport. We already miss the fresh oysters ?

Tour: Badian Adventure at Kawasan Falls

I booked the Kawasan Falls Canyoning adventure tour through Orientwind (Sanda). The entire experience (planning, booking, transportation, guiding, and meal) was pleasurable. The travel agent (Sanda) was friendly and responsive to all of my questions during the planning process. Tee adventure guide (John Lucero) provided the adventure that I was looking for while making sure that I always felt comfortable and safe. I would definitely recommend these services to a friend.
