CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made over 7days prior to tour date are subject to full refund (except for GROUP bookings).
Cancellations made 4 to 7days prior to tour date are subject to 10% of the total package cost to cover
administrative fees.

For dolphin watching tour bookings, cancellations made 4-7 days prior to tour date are subject to a charge of
P600 for boat reservation fee.

Cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to tour date are subject to 50% of the total package cost (forfeiting the
downpayment), unless cause of cancellation is cancelled flight or ferry trip, or due to weather forecast, in which case full refund will be given.

Cancellations made within 24 hours from tour date are subject to 100% of the package cost.

Cancellations within 24hours from tour date, due to an act of nature, or weather, are subject to 10% of the total
package cost to cover administrative fees, unless tour is rescheduled or tour is diverted to an alternate tour
(for example , if the sea conditions do not permit the original sea-based tour, we will take guests on an inland
tour instead).
