OSLOB WHALESHARK TOUR
Duration: 06:00 – 13:00 7hours / 5.5hours if no lunch

Your adventure begins with an early morning 20minute drive to Sibulan, where we board a roll-on, roll-off ferry to Santander south of Cebu, for another half hour. From the seaport, it’s a 15 minute drive to Tanawan, Oslob where the whalesharks or ‘tuki’ as the locals call them, have been sighted more frequently starting in 2011, and since the fishermen have started feeding them with shrimp. You are required to attend a briefing session, before boarding a local banca to the designated whaleshark watching area, about 30m from the coastline. Viewing is allowed from 6 am to 1 pm only, and you are given 30 minutes to swim and snorkel around them.
